浮いたタバコ代：11840円
禁煙日数：30日
ニコチネルパッチ：20を起床時から使用
今日は予定していた会議が中止になり暇な一日でした。
”間”が多い一日は誘惑が多い一日ですがなんとか
乗り切りました。
明日からはお休みなのでのんびり使用しようと思います。
