8月17日の禁煙日記
昨日から服用しているチャンピックス0.5mg×1/dayでタバコの本数がかなり減りました
明日までこの量で明後日から、倍の0.5mg×2/dayにします。
この調子でいくとおそらくこれぐらいに吸わなくなりそうな気がします。
タバコの本数：10本
浮いたタバコ代：0円
禁煙日数：-6日
チャンピックス錠：0.5mg×1錠
