やっと、良いタイミングができ、明日から禁煙開始です。
明日はまだチャンピックス0.5mg×2錠ですが、明後日から
1mg×2錠の規定量になります。
がんばるぞー！！！
タバコの本数：10本
浮いたタバコ代：0円
禁煙日数：-1日
チャンピックス錠：0.5mg×2錠
