ニコチネルパッチ：1枚起床時から使用
恥ずかしながら今日も吸ってしまいました。
なぜか吸いたい気持ちが強く、誘惑に負けてしまいます（TT）
もう、本当に禁煙できるのかわからなくなってきました。。。
