10月14日の禁煙日記
今日も次の日更新になりました。
会社の人たち数人でホテルのバイキング食べてきました。
禁煙してから食べる楽しみが大きくなりました(^_^)
あと、チャンピックスを飲んでいるからだと思いますが
コーヒーがあまりおいしく感じなくなりました。一日何杯も飲んでいたのに。。。
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：16960円
禁煙日数：1ヶ月と23日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
