10月24日の禁煙日記
今日は、午前中お医者さんと買い物に行って、
午後は寝てました。寝すぎで頭痛い（^^;）
昼寝しているときにまたタバコを吸う夢みました。
起きたらなんとも思わなかったけど怖いですよね。
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：20,160円
禁煙日数：2ヶ月と3日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
