11月8日の禁煙日記
昨日、禁煙外来の最終診察があり、晴れて禁煙外来
卒業しましたｖ（＾＾）
それからと今日は特に大きな危機（笑）もなくよい禁煙Life
過ごしてます。体重がまた増えたことが悩みの種ですけどね（TT)
ま、次はダイエットにいそしみましょうか。
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：24,960円
禁煙日数：2ヶ月と18日
チャンピックス錠：なし（終了）
