8月23日の禁煙日記
今日は初めてチャンピックス錠が規定量の1mg×2/dayになりました。
朝、初めて飲んだときは何か吐き気というより胃痛がしましたが、
夜飲んだときはそうでもありませんでした。
あと、何か脳の中で薬が聞いている感じがして実際にすごく楽に1日を
すごせました。
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：640円
禁煙日数：2日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
