8月24日の禁煙日記
今日は禁煙3日目かつ、禁煙後初の出勤日でしたが、
予想外に楽に過ごせました。
これからも気を抜かず、1日1日がんばっていこうと思います。

禁煙日数：3日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
