8月25日の禁煙日記
昨日書き忘れたので、いまさらですが更新。。。
本当に今までの禁煙と違って楽ですね。
今週末通院予定ですが一酸化炭素濃度がどれぐらい下がるのか
ちょっと楽しみです。

浮いたタバコ代：1280円
禁煙日数：4日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
