8月29日の禁煙日記
今日は、2週間ぶりの禁煙外来の受診日でした。
まず、一酸化炭素濃度を測ったのですが、なんと1/10！！
前回の20ppmが2ppmになっていて正常値だといわれました。
吸いたい欲求もほとんどないことも話して、本当に順調ですねと
お褒めの言葉もいただきました(^^)
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：２56０円
禁煙日数：8日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
