8月30日の禁煙日記
今日は、忙しい一日だったせいかふっとあいた間に
ちょっとさびしい感じはしました。吸いたいとは思わなかったけど。
あと、コーヒーが大好きなんですが、最近あまりおいしく
感じなくなり、100%のジュースなんかがおいしく感じるように
なりました。やっぱり味覚がかわってくるんですね。
