8月31日の禁煙日記
昨日ちょっと腹の立つことがあって、今日もイライラしましたが
それがタバコと結びつかなくなってきたような感じです。
まだまだ禁煙開始から10日と日は浅いですが無煙生活を
続けられるようにがんばっていきます！！
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：3200円
禁煙日数：10日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
