9月22日の禁煙日記
シルバーウィークを利用して実家に帰っていたので更新できませんでした。
最近、他人のタバコの煙が本当に気持ち悪くなりました。
喫煙所の近くにいっただけで気分が悪くなります。
うーん、でも仕事場は非喫煙者がほとんどなのでまっ、いいか（笑）
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：9920円
禁煙日数：1ヶ月と1日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
