10月26日の禁煙日記
今日は特になにもありませんって書くのはまずいですね。
とりあえず、おっちゃんの（自分もおっちゃんですが）体臭と
ヤニのにおいが混じった臭いがきつく感じます。
自分もあの臭いを発していたと思うと愕然となりますね。
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：20,800円
禁煙日数：2ヶ月と5日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
