10月27日の禁煙日記
今日も危なげなくすごせた1日でした。
もうすぐ、お世話になったチャンピックスともお別れです。
11/2からはチャンピックスなしですごして、
11/7に禁煙外来の最終診察で晴れて12週間の
禁煙治療が終了します。長いようで短い期間でしたが
こんなに楽に過ごせた禁煙は初めてでしたね。
禁煙治療後ももちろん禁煙は続けていきます！！
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：21,120円
禁煙日数：2ヶ月と6日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
