11月22日の禁煙日記
今日は、3連休の中日ではきつぶしたスニーカーを
買いに行きました。ちなみに普段履きなのでこれを買いました。
禁煙のほうは特に何もなく安定しています。食後も思い出さなくなり、
非常に楽ですね。この調子で行こう！！

浮いたタバコ代：29,440円
禁煙日数：3ヶ月と1日
