12月14日の禁煙日記
今日は、なんだかだるくて能率の悪い一日でした・・・。
ま、こんな日もあるでしょうと思って早く寝てしまいました。。。
最近、自分がタバコに対して嫌悪感を感じることが多くなりました。
これがあると本当に楽に感じますね。
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：36,480円
禁煙日数：3ヶ月と23日（114日）
