10月31日の禁煙日記
今晩、食後に最後のチャンピックス錠を服用しました。
これからは何も使用せず禁煙を続行していくことになりますが
二度と吸わないと固く誓っているし、気をつけないとお薬を
飲むのを忘れてたりもするので大丈夫です（笑い）。
これからもここは更新していきますのでよろしくお願いしますm(_ _)m
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：22,400円
禁煙日数：2ヶ月と10日
チャンピックス錠：1mg×2錠
