11月1日の禁煙日記
今日は、禁煙補助薬なしの1日目でしたが、ほとんど
今までと変わりなく過ごせました。まだお薬の効果が
残っていたのかもしれませんね。
明日も1日がんばります。

浮いたタバコ代：22,720円
禁煙日数：2ヶ月と11日
チャンピックス錠：なし
