11月2日の禁煙日記
今日は、禁煙補助薬なしの2日目でした。
特につらくはなかったですが、通勤途中に電車で
隣に座った方がすごくヤニくさくて息ができないほど
でした。あんなにおいを発する人になりたくないって
思いました。（＾＾）
タバコの本数：0本
浮いたタバコ代：23,040円
禁煙日数：2ヶ月と12日
チャンピックス錠：なし
