浮いたタバコ代：1920円

ニコチネルパッチ：1枚起床時から使用
あいかわらず、続かない。。。
節煙にはなっているんですが、パッチ貼っていても
どうしても吸ってしまいます。
気が緩んでいるなあ。。。
