8月20日の禁煙日記
なんかだらだら、おいしくもないタバコを吸い続けてしまっています。
うーむ、でも吸っても満足感はほぼないので、8/23の禁煙開始は
死守するつもりです。
タバコの本数：10本
浮いたタバコ代：0円
禁煙日数：-2日
チャンピックス錠：0.5mg×2錠
